Check Floating IP availability on Openstack for v1gpu,v2gpu and create them.

On the openstack side we need to create floating IPs in the range we decided xx.xx.xx.40-xxx.xx.xx73(.40-49 for v1gpus and .50-73 for v2gpus), so that they can be associated to the virtual GPU hosts/nodes we instantiate in openstack with a prebuilt image containing gpu drivers.
