Debug why the xdmod data from latest ingestion for 2024-02 - 2025-09 doesn't show up in the XDMOD UI

After fixing #665 (closed), the missing data was re-ingested for Jan 2024 to Sep 2025 timeframe, I observed reingested data doesn't show up in the XDMOD UI, though I can see the data until Jan31 2024 when the service went down.

The latest ingested data is present in the database, but it doesn't show up in the UI. We need to investigate this.

Previously, we used to drop the databases and re-ingest the data when this kind of problem arose. This is not a sustainable solution. We need to identify the root cause of the issue and address it.
