Create report to aggregate stored data by year of last access

This report provides insights into the age distribution of data stored on the file system. It needs to provide a summary on how long ago data was accessed grouped by year of last access.

This report is intended to help identify data that is not actively used to better understand how much storage is actively used and how much space could be freed by moving less frequently used data to less costly storage.
