Modify roles in cheaha.yml playbook to enable a standalone proxy
requested to merge atlurie/packer-openstack-hpc-image:feat-add-standalone-proxy into feat-hpc-factory
This will enable a standalone VM to interact with Bright cluster so that it can act as a proxy for services. eg. OOD,SSH etc.
Implements #126 (closed)
Need to fix #125 before merging it
