Deploy a user defined VM via gitlab pipeline Refactor GitLab CI pipeline by removing deprecated and unused proxy, login, and OOD build and deploy jobs. Closes #3 (closed)

  • Added default variables
  • Removed unused variables to cleanup vm-factory to have only the essential variables for VM deploy
  • Removed legacy build and deploy jobs for http-proxy, ssh-proxy, login, and OOD images from .gitlab-ci.yml
